Clicking noise appears to be coming from a CV joint when the car decelerates. On hot humid days it's less or not there. If trunk is loaded, bringing the back end lower, clicking noise goes away.
About a month after replacing both camshafts and a timing chain engine started to shake when accelerating. Replaced both engine & tranny mounts, checked the engine vibe dampeners (2ea) OK, serviced transmission & replaced filter, replaced both flex driveshaft couplings, checked middle driveshaft support bearing - not only the engine shakes, but now the whole drivetrain seems to shake as well, most severe in 65-75 mph range. There seems to be plenty of acceleration, and when flored, little or no vibration is present. What's wrong? Thank you.
