M103 91 300SE - testing fuel distributor

I want to play musical fuel lines to see if an intermittent misfire is due to a bad cylinder plunger in the fuel distributor. What can I use to temporarily switch fuel distributor ports in an M103? Do VW or Volvo K-Jetronic flexible fuel lines have the same fittings? Is there some magic reconfiguration of the existing M103 lines that will let me swap cylinder positions at the fuel distributor?
