Change bumpers

I prefer the 1996 onwards set of front and rear bumpers which look more sporty, can I change to these for my 1994 C180? How is it done and how much do they cost? Does it come in top and bottom halves or just one piece? Is it simple DIY with a simple screw driver or do I need some specialist tools?
