Help,
I'm running out of daylight and time to get a list of things done to my 116. I'm looking for a reliable independent (or dealer if necessary) in the Annapolis, MD area. I live South of there in California, MD. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Deutsch American Inc Ijamsville, Maryland is too far of a drive for us. I saw an earlier post suggesting Roy's in Baltimore as a great place. Still lokking for something closer. Do techs/mechs still like cheesecake? Cheers, ------------------ S, J.R. Have you tried the Mercedes of Annapolis (formly Benson)? I have all my work done by them and they are reasonable. I have been very satisfy with their work as well. By the way, they do give you a free loaner car, even just for a day for oil change. You can reach them at (410)268-2222. Hope this helps.

I recommend Family Auto Care (Dwayne Crawford) for routine stuff....specializes in MB....and he will come to your house and pick your car up. If he can't handle a particular job in his home shop, he will refer you to others and tell you exactly what needs to be done. Very knowledgeable. 410-741-5679 in Friendship, MD.

I still say go to Roy Fileds, 410.252.4101
This past week I wanted to spned $500+ on parts for a repair that he solved for $14.00 He could have easily charged me and I would have paid, but he didn't. They are always very busy so make sure you call ahead. I think there is a reason why a tiny little shop is always swamped and the MBZ dealership is literally 3 lights up from Roy Fileds. I think that says something about the tiny little shop aka Roy Fields. |
