Question 1987 MB 190E 2.3 8V throttle cable and microswitch question

Hi! I just got 1987 MB 190E 2.3L 8V, automatic last week. I know that my throttle cable was broken and make rough idle and lower idle (about 550rpm).

Today, my machnic changed it, but the throttle cable lever does not contact the throttle microswitch. Did he do the wrong sitting??? Now, the car in "D" is about 1000rpm. When I shift into "P" or "N", it becomes 1500rpm and make big noise on the driveshaft.

Anyone can tell me the correct setting, please attract photos if you can. I know that the throttle cable can adjust, but really don't know what position. Please help me out. Thanks
