interior window frame removal on 93 124

interior window frame removal on 93 124

I have a 93 400E. I need to replace the interior door frame pieces as they have faded/discolored. Is this an easy thing to do? I am sure that I will have to remove the door panel to get it to come off

Any instruction on all of this would be greatly appreciated.
