I have a 1975 230 sedan with 112,000 miles. I feel a slight vibration in the steering wheel and gas pedal. What are my possible culprits. It is a light vibration kind of a tingle on the hands. I thought mabey the engine shock absorber. What is most likely the culprit with the milage and car? I have eliminated the wheels as at freeway speeds when I put in nuetral it smooths out.
Thanks for your expert advise in advance.

Motor mounts.
Change the tranny one while you are at it.

You may even feel it at steady higher rpm
at stand still.
