Fuse Chart?
 

Anyone have a fuse chart (what is where and does what) for a 1986 560 SEL?

Yeah, but it would be quite a bit of typing.
Is there anything in particular you need to know, or just want the whole list?
I assume there is no fuse list on your car (should be under the fusebox lid)

nope :( But there is no power going anywhere... and the battey is still good... so i assume the problem lies with the fuse.

Could you elaborate a little more on the exact problem?
You are saying the battery is OK, but there is no power going anyplace. It would seem unlikely ALL the fuses are blown, if so, just start replacing them all ;) .
HOW do you know the battery is OK?
There is no "magic" fuse that powers "everything".
