Where Can I find Torque settings for E420

Is there a place to go lookup most of the tightning torque settings needed for your usual repairs?

There is single car access through Alldata. I have their professional system and often use it as it is very complete. I presume their single car DIY version would provide similar info but only for one car. www.alldata.com
