fuse link for blower motor

I have a 93 300se,w140 body. I would like to know where the fuse link is for the blower motor. I was told it was outside of the fuse box, but I can not locate it. My blower works intermitently ,and when it is cold out, it does not work at all.

I would test the circuit at the blower regulator.

It is located under the large plastic cover held by numerous long philips head screws at the back of the engine compartment. You can leave the vacuum lines and other hoses attached and just move it to the side. The blower and circuitry is directly under and very easy to access.
