Mine are the Performance Tool brand. Made in Taiwan. Lifetime warranty. $7.99 for the M6, M8, M10, and M12. They did the job.
What I can't understand, is why the package says, "Warning: This product contains chemicals known to the State of California to cause cancer and birth defects (or other reproductive harm)"  From what I know about metallurgy, these tools are made from pretty much the same material as all the other stuff in my tool box!
