124 Diff Ratio

On a different note, while I had my car jacked up on stands to check out my starter, I took a look at my diff and saw on the body of the diff it said 3.07, is this the ratio?, is it the original diff for a 87 300e euro auto?
It seems a bit quicker of the line than other 124 I've driven.
Thanks
Ticobenz.

Yes, that is the ratio marked on the diff and 3.07 is normal for the 300E sedans with the M103 (in my part of the world at least). Our 300TE got a 3.27 so as to give similar acceleration figures despite the greater weight of the wagon.
