Try here, they've got a few tranny's that will fit your car reasonably priced. I've purchased a few items from them before and have had no problems.

Before you buy a new trans, you may want to check the level or replace the trans oil and filter.

Angry 94 e320 transmission

appreciate the advise but the fluid was changed less than a year ago and imho do not beleive fluid is causing the slipping definetly a clutch or more
the indy mechanic( D&N solid reputation) mentioned a solenoid but this year and model is mechanical
does anyone know when transmission electronics cut in on the E320

Thumbs up 94 e320 transmission

JETforeman

thanks for the tip i was in touch with them, very helpful
even cosnidered drving down from Canada
however the costs are about the same for a remanufactured through MB Canada $2200 CAD versus $1500 US

JETforeman
i was wondering did you buy used($850) or reman($1500)
great warranty on the reman 2 years unlimited mileage

I didn't buy a transmission from them, just various other items over the last couple years. They have a large inventory of used items that may or may not be worth it like you found out when you consider the prices of reman.
