My bad, 'bout not posting the year. Yes, it's a 98 c280. It started to happen about 5 - 6 weeks after the major tune up.
So, there's no OVP? "There is a component on the car which in a way substitutes what the OVP does. It's in the control module box, it's called the fuse and relay module (K40 I believe is it's identifier). It may cause this, it has the fuel pump relay in it, etc, helps distribute power to various control modules. " It's been scanned for trouble codes and nothing comes up. I will state your trouble shooting thread with my mechanic when I bring it in tomorrow. Thanks Gilly.

Random stalling still persists. I need your opinions. Will the alarm or key have something to do with my woes? Does the alarm shoot any trouble codes? Is there a way to bypass the alarm? My key is relatively new, maybe the signal is not being fully transmitted. I have no idea how the laser key works, any insight would be appreciated.
I'm down to: alarm, key, wiring harness, and cpu. and yes I still do not get any trouble codes. My mechanic will not buy and swap parts. He believes in finding the problem. Thanks

Sounding more and more like the engine control module. If it stalled due to some problem with DAS (the driver authorization system) you'd definitely have a code.

Guess what, the car finally spit out a code. It was the crankshaft sensor. So if some other poor soul has this problem pass the info along.
Car dies at will after five to 10 minutes of driving after a cold start. First assumption is the fuel relay, which makes sense. The problem still persisted. No tell tale signs from the cpu (trouble code or cel). Next reasonable suspects where the crankshaft sensor, wiring harness, or the cpu. I'm glad it was the c sensor. Thanks for all your help.
