Quick Idle control Valve Question...
Can a bad Idle Control Valve make the car hesitate?
My 1987 300E has new injectors and tons of othe parts. I wanted to know if a bad ICV can make the car hesitate when coming from a full stop. My car has a slight hesitation that is not existent after 1500rpm. I wanted to know if the ICV could be a culprit? I have cleaned it many times, but the hesitation is still there. Plugs and wires are new. The car hesitates coming from a stop, but the idle is at a steady 500rpm. Anyone have a clue to what it could be?

If that is not it, does anyone have a direction to point me in?
