1987 300e Transmission Leak
my transmission is leaking real bad , i took it to a shop,had car hoisted, we saw the leaking point-tech says its leaking from the seal on the servo,is that the same as the modulator,its on the right side of tranny appears to be bolted to side,tech says he has to bring tranny down -what is involved in servo seal replacement,pls help

AT SIDE SEAL LEAK
Could you tell me whether you have to lower the AT to replace the side seal? I have the same problem in my 90 300E.
