Unhappy Engine missing on a C280

Hi every body I just bought a C280 and it has started to miss at idle and when i take off. I have changed the spark plugs and looked at the coils and the look ok. any idea's what to look for.

Also the wipers dont work, the motor works but the wiper just stays in the down position. I can move the wiper freely. How do you get the cover off to get to the motor to tighten up the arm of the wiper.

Thanks

And here I thought you'd lost your engine!

Seriously, what year is your C280? There are two different drivelines, wiring harness issues with certain years, and so on.

Let us know what year and mileage.

Also, the coils "look" okay? How did you test them? Sounds like an M104 is your engine?

It's a 95 c280 with 136k.

The coils are not cracked and do not look like they have have been arcing. The wires are also not cracked .

1995 W202 has OVP problems and wiring harness problems. There are coils that fail, but I can't recall which ones (blue?) are the "right" ones.

Change the OVP, ensure the wiring harness has been updated, and check for spark and fuel.
