Shortly after having my RECALL work(POWER STEERING HOSE CLAMP) done on my ML430,the CE LIGHT CAME ON.Is there something they could have done to cause that?

Also appears to be leaking from the 2 hoses(at the metal clamps) at the bottom of the engine compartment. Isnt that what was recalled?
