What went wrong?
Just installed all new fuel injectors from Fastlane and now i have fuel leaking between the fuel distributor and the air intake housing.I checked and double checked for another source for the leak, but it is clearly coming from that area.

Look at the EHA closely, it may be the source of your leak.

Its hard to tell if it is the E H A but if i just turn the key on ,it leakes around the E H A very slowly, but when i start car it pours ot of the back of Dist.between Dist. and housing. I replaced the O rings for the EHA about 3 mos.ago.

Are there any tech's out there that can tell me what the problem is? Did the E H A suddenly go bad?

I had replaced the o-rings on the eha on my car before, but it still leaked. Dealer said the plastic that its made of will end up pitting over time and the new o-rings are useless to help, so i had to just get a new eha.
Did you maybe kink one of the lines when you were moving them to take out the injectors?

There is a large O-ring seal between the fuel distributor and the Airflow meter.
That may be the foiled part if fuel is leaking out between these two components. My $0.02... Good luck. |
