Anyone know of what the ride height is supposed to be on a 84 300sd (and how to measure it)? I have replaced springs and am trying to get the height back to normal but dont know what normal is!

Does it look too high? There isn't much you can do to change height using stock replacement springs and pads. Ground clearance is measured usually at some point near the center of the body and at both ends from a specific point, such as the lower edge of a fender, the bumper or whatever. Depends on the car

Yes, it is definitely high in front, and probably low in back.
