What is the correct operating pressure for the CIS-E system? The manual I have says 76 to 79 psi. I checked my car today and it was running at 86 psi. Is this a problem? The car will not idle and surges when the throttle is held at a constant RPM. Any Advise? I replaced the overvoltage relay with no change. Thanks.
