I just bought a 1991 190e 2.6 and the blower doesn't work. Where should I start looking? Where is the fuse for this item?

the fuse for the blower is in the fuse box on the driver's side under the hood between the 2 firewalls...mine has a clear plastic cover. There is a guide on the top to tell you which fuses are which...mine was shot so i could find it just by looking
Are your turn signals and horn working? If not, suspect fuse. If they work, may be something else...my horn and turn stop when the fuse shoots
