Replaced throttle cable on a W124

Is the throttle cable easy to replace? How to do it?

Ughhh. Can't say.

Are you sure it's the cable itself, and not just a sticky linkage? can it be lubed in place instead? Unresolvable cable problems seem very rare in the world at large, though I have no direct experience with your motor...
