1994 E320 Brake pad replacement

Any special tools or directions needed to replace brake pads. I have changed numerous pads on American and Japanese cars

Not really. But you'll need something to tap the pins out of the calipers that hold the pads, i.e., a small nail setter, 3/16" drift pin, or a framing nail with a flat tip. I'm sure you'll find something that'll work. You'll also need a wire brush and brake paste or neversieze.
