16v Fuel Injection Problem

Hi,
For some reason I'm not getting any fuel going from my fuel distributor to my fuel injectors. I know the fuel pump is working, because I get fuel to the distributor.
Even when I take off the injector lines at the distributor and turn the engine over no fuel comes out of the top of the distributor.

I was hoping someone here has some ideas.

Thanks

Just because there is fuel to the fuel distributor mean that there is enough PRESSURE to have the engine run. The fuel pressure needs to be at least 60psi to open the injectors. System pressure needs to be around 90psi.

Also very common for the idle air hose to come off & then not have enough engine vacuum to allow the air-flow plate to open and allow fuel to be injected.

Yeah, for some reason the air-fuel plate isn't opening on its own, but when I hold it open a little the fuel will go to the injectors. A friend suggested that I have a vacuum leak somewhere around the intake manifold.
Is the idle air hose the hose that goes from the cold start valve to the idle control valve?

The idle valve is just below the cold start injector.
There is a hose from the idle valve to the Bottom rubber of the air flow housing.
