104.991 Help! Please

Three Questions:

1: how do I remove the fan clutch from the pulley on a 104.991?

2: If oil is coming into the intake through vacuum out of the crankcase, what is the cause of this?

3: Do I have to replace the oil pan gasket after removing and installing lower timing cover to replace front main seal? (it is leaking and throwing oil all over the place)

I put these questions in summary form in hopes for some help. These oil leaks are driving me nuts! Any help would be appreciated!
Regards,
Brian

Ok,
I got a puller 3- prong from the part store to pull the balancer. When I have the engine apart I am going to remove the intake manifold and try to figure out why all this oil is flowing through the crankcase breather vacuum line. I can also check the accessory mount that the oil is passing through as well. This is all making my engine compartment a mess. Has anyone ever thought of putting a manual together on how to fix these oil leaks on the 104? They are quite irritating. I might just do that! I have a digital camera and a computer!
