Ok I give it up to the DIY support crew before I break it.

I'm exchanging out the seatback upholstry and padding. I'm having trouble removing the reclining seatback knob and armrest. I've almost got the armrest off but the recliner knob has got me stumped. Does it just pull straight out? Is the armrest the same on an early 123 model? That's where I got my donor seat. (And extra seat bottom spring set).

Please help ASAP the seats are in a MAD WIFES living room!!!
