Gilly helped find my problem - so how do you change the door switch on a C280?

Thanks Gilly.
The switch is busted up. So I'll have to buy a new one. Looks like the switch is replaced from the interior, but there are no visible fasteners on the trim over the door jamb.
Can somebody guide me through the replacement process?
