A lot of times we amateurs lack things that pro's have and so we have to make-do. As my auto repair days crawl to an end because of age I look back and thank the heavens for protecting me.
I really feel badly for the victim. It could have been easily any of us. When your hobby is your main means of transportation, you often find yourself up at midnite, rushing repairs in order to get to work the next day. Even when you're careful, I remember just the other day a bolt falling on me from a wrench and missing my eye by two inches. |
