I would like to verify correct timing specs for a 117.961 euro engine. My information indicates 30 degrees BTDC @ 3000 RPM with vacuum lines to distributor disconnected. Also, what is correct CO setting?

The timing spec is correct. CO adjustment depends on if catlyst is installed or not. W/O cat would be close to 1%. Much less w/cat.
