Is a 75 degrees BEHR ThermoStat OK
I received a thermostat and looking at the case it has a 75 degree imprinted. My car a 95 E320 calls for one that opens at 87 degrees I believe?
Is 75 degrees OK or should I send it back and get 87 degree, what is the difference? |

Thermostat
Thanks Manny, and Joe, I will send it back and get the right temperature thermostat.
I had ask for a 87 degree thermostat and when I received it said in the invoice that it was the 87 but when I started to look at the thermostat casing, the bottoms had imprinted 75 degrees which got me curious so I decided to ask the question. The moral of this story is to always check not only the invoice but also the item itself. Thanks |
