800 Fault Code 98 SL500
 

Did not take me long to find a problem with my new car. First, it was the shimmer, then it was the shake. Then it was my kid getting sick all over the front seat...Arg!!!. Smells sweet, like too much Ice Cream! :mad:

Seriously, though....I have a 800 Fault where the miles are, with a little wrench. Does anyone know what this means? I did a search and could not find it.:confused:

OK, that's not a fault code. The 800 with the wrench is telling you that in 800 miles an FSS (Flexible Service system) service is due.

Read in the owners manual about FSS.

Thanks for pointing me in the right direction. I can clear it by hitting the miles reset button..
