'94 E 320 sedan...Power mirror problem

My power mirror switch was physically damaged. Had dealer replace it. After I drove away, I found it worked in all respects except one: The passenger side mirror was adjustable up and down, but it was not adjustable sideways. Any ideas on this....presumably it isn't the switch since it's brand new.
