Please Where To Get A Used Air Flow Meter In Good Condition

PLease, I need a used AIR FLOW METER in good condition for my

190E, 2.6L, 1988.

I could'n get the internal replace #part 3432-032-033. See

attached picture in my threadid dated 12/26/03.
