Is it possible to enable the TV function on the 2000 MB COMAND system in the US? Or is this feature not installed on US MB's?

No it can not. Feature is not fitted internally in the COMAND unit. As weel other needed componets are not fitted. You can thank your goverment for this. Dont blame MB

Thanks for your reply. Yes, chalk up another one for our government. The only thing that we really need protection from is the government bureaucrats.
