Odometer and VIN
Hi,
Does anyone know if there is a way to tell if the odometer has been changed by the numbers on it or on the VIN? I was told by a mechanic that you could tell. Thanks, K |
I forgot to add that it is a 1979 SL450.

Not likely. I can speak from rebuilding many of them that there is nothing special one from another, except the mileage on each.
