I've run a search here on the above fuel additive, and got numerous results. However, I cannot seem to nail down just HOW MUCH additive I need to pour into my 300D's tank. Can I empty the whole bottle into it? I noticed that the bottle is delineated with "ounce" marks, but sadly, there is nothing on the label that resembles directions!

Matt,

I've heard it's best to run this stuff directly through your engine rather than pour it into the tank. Apparently you should pour it into a glass jar and run the engine (10 mins or so) until you almost run out (DON'T suck air into the engine!). I haven't done mine yet but this is the procedure I will follow..

The best diagram of this is in any of Impco's catalogs. Look up Diesel Purge in their catalog and they have a diagram and instructions on how to do this.
