Ok here are a few problems I need help with:

My center vent switch light is out can this be replaced? Also my glove box lamp does not work and the bulb and switch are good?

I found water in the floor board of the passenger side, thinking maybe it was a/c drain clogged i looked for tubes under car the ones dripping when a/c are on are on each side of the transmission but only hang down about 3 inches should these come all the way to the bottom of the vehicle?

To replace the center vent light bulb, the vent will have to come out. There is a little screw (hex I think) on the rightside of the vent wheel. You can see it by looking thru the vent. This holds the linkage for the flappers to the wheel. Remove this screw. The vent also has a phillips screw on the right side (visible with glove box door open). Remove this screw. The vent has little clips n the top and bottom which hold it in place. These can be released with a thin flat blade screwdriver or pointed object. Remove the vent. The light socket is on the lower back of the vent assy. Pull it out and replace the bulb. Reassemble with a gentle touch and great care. BTW, on the glove box question, if it's not working, how do you know the bulb and switch are OK??

Well i have checked the bulb and switch, it appears to be the black/w yellow strip wire is not not +12v and also on the radio the same wire which should be +12v ignition acc on is not hot, the fuse is good so i am not sure where to look, is there an inline fuse for this wire somewhere.

Check the fuse again, even replace it, Can be defective and look OK. There are no inline fuses for the glovebox. Not sure on the radio, but if there are other things not working in the accessory position on the ignition switch, you may have a problem there. Start with the fuse, remove it, clean the contacts and put in a new one, they are known to corrode and creat faults. BTW how did this recent behavior start or did it just happen one day??
