95 Euro headlights help

I would like to get the Euro headlights for a 95 E320 wagon but I want to keep the orange turn signals that come with 94-95 US-spec headlights. Can anyone help?

Don't dawdle (spelling?) since the conversion rate between the dollar and euro is going to make all Bosch and Hella parts much more expensive.
