resetting front seat belt tensioners
 
Is it possible to reset front seat belt tensioners after an accident on a 1991 190E 2.6 5-speed ? Both front shoulder belts are not retracting as they normally would. If it is possible, how does one go about doing it ? :confused:

They must be replaced. There is an explosive device within that gets depleted upon impact.

Seat belts are not a place to pinch pennies.

I replaced some on a 97 S500 and they were right at $400 a pop!
