Opened the drivers door and all the locks went up except for the front passengers side > Did'nt unlock.

My car is an 85' 300D (124). What could be the problem? If it was a vacuum leak wouldn't all the locks not function? Where do I start looking?

You may have a faulty element in that door, or the linkage has come loose. The pump supplies so much pressure and vacuum, the other doors will work.
