Are there any special precautions I should take when installing the accumulators on my 2.3-16's rear suspension. It seems like a straightforward "unscrew a couple bolts" job, but I don't want to ruin the whole system by unhooking the wrong thing without taking the proper precautions.

It looks like you and I have about the same problem, and I have been looking into this a little today, and it looks pretty straight-forward. Cleanliness around the fittings seems to be the one thing to be really careful about. Don't need dirt in the hydraulic oil

Good luck.

Remember to relieve the pressure with the bleed screw on top of the control valve first or you will have a really messy garage.

The key to this job is to leave every bolt loose 'till the end. The small line will be hard to line up and start if you don't...Been there and done that.

Thanks
