My odometer is toast. I routinely press to reset it while I am moving and since learned that you are not to do that in a MBZ.

Who would have thought?

Is this repairable? I am pretty handy with tools, glue, etc. I just don't want to have to explain in a resale situation that the odo was replaced. I also want accurate miles for my own reference. a new one would show 00000000.

Thanks, in advance.

We repair them every day. If you would like to do it yourself we can provide the parts. www.continentalimports.com

If you want us to fix it, remove the speedo and UPS it to us.

It's an easy DIY repair job. The procedure was posted in Nov/99 (search 'odometer' and 'Barrie').
If you can't find it, let me know and I'll be glad to re-post.
