cooling fans
 

97 E420. consistent higher than 'normal' operating temp. no response from aux. fans when A/C on.

tested wiring at connector above fans. no voltage. looked for fuse, found none that applied. disconnected power supply & applied 12v to male pins, no response from fans.

now,this looks like 2 problems.1. no power to wiring.
2. no continuity at fan

questions:

are fans powered thru fuse? if so, where is fuse?
are both fans internally wired to same ground?
is there a relay anywhere in this system?
