Seat Belt Extenders/Presenters
 

Both the seat belt extenders on my 89 300ce aren't working. I've got one back panel off and am in the process of diagnosis, but I wonder why the previous owner didn't have them fixed. Are they more trouble than they are worth? Does anyone have them
functioning reliably in their car?

if they both dont work id suspect the control module - try resetting by pulling that fuse for a few mins

also check the relays for the door switches
