Name that pully! Engine wobble 98' E320T4m

My 98' E320 touring has developed a side to side wabble after warm-up. It is only noticable at idle. The pictured pully seems to have some play, and the face plate noted in the picture is moving about 1/8 inch back and forth on a clockwise/counter clockwise motion.

Any help would be appreicated.

TIA

That is the tentioner pulley. It is possible for a bad belt to make it jump. We have replaced a few also.

Thanks Steve - guess I'd better get it in for a check.
