So what's your point? They release a kit to take care of interior noises and some how MB quality is in the dumpster? Oh, well.

Creaky Door Panels

I too was cursed with the creaky lower passenger door panel on my 126. A poster suggested that I use a leather conditioner on the door sill and the lower part of the door. I used Lexol applied liberally on both and the gremlin went away. Give it a shot.

Lexol. Haven't tried that.

I HAVE tried lithium grease, silicon spray, different waxes. They all work but only for about 3 days.

I'll leather conditioner a try.

The creaking sound is typically the door panel rubbing against the plastic door sill. Sticking a strip of velcro (the fuzzy part) on the bottom part of the panel which contacts the door sill will solve this.

Yes, I purchased some felt a while ago which is still sitting in my trunk. Unsure as to how I will apply it, how much and where. This will be my last resort.
