I noticed that my oil pressure stayed on 3 when I stopped at a red light today while I was out for a nice Sunday drive. Is it something to concern about? I thought the pressure will drop to 2 when stop after the car has been running for awhile, and go back to 3 when you get moving again. Please clarify.

Mine stays pegged at "3" no matter what. Even when I got a "Low Oil" warning light (requiring 1/2-qt), my gauge was pegged at "3". Not sure this is normal, but just another data point for you.

My limited experience has been that my gauge will stay pegged at "3" when it is given any gas, but will drop to aroung "1.5" or "2" at idle.

Well, took my car out for another spin today
and everything is back to normal. Pegged at 3 while gas is given, and drop back to 2 while idle.
