Passenger side elec. window on 1987 sl560 won't go down. Worked completely normally until this suddenly developed.

Where are fuses and or relays located so i can work through this?

Turned out to be a bad fuse. #3 in the fuse compartment on passenger side footwell.

Now my driver's seat won't engage, so it slips back and forth on the track.
