cc amp location?

Can anyone help me locate the cc amp on a 1981 380 sl????Pleeeaaase!!!!!

I have a 77 6.9 and my amp is a silver box under the dash. It looks like a small modem with a connector on one end. It is attached to a bracket with another box and the bracket is attached to the car. You have to remove the panel under the dash to see up under there, it is right around the steering column. I assume your is not too different than mine.

The climate control amp is located behind the glove box. Remove glove box. You will see two vacuum elements. The Amp is below and to the left of the inboard vacuum element.

I reviewed your earliers posts. If you are chasing the cool no heat problem you may benefit from an earlier post of mine.
